We recognise that this site has been designed to scroll horizontally and that printers normally do not print in that manner. We have therefore added a button on each page where it is relevant. This will lead to a simple page containing all the text but little formatting or design elements to speed download and printing time - they should be printed in your usual manner. These pages do not contain images unless they are essential to the content of the text. At a later stage we hope to be able to offer pages as a whole in pdf format for you to download.
