This week is our special edition where our fashion editor and producer Anne Cecil and I discuss important fashion issues and show how much “Fashion Matters” even in these strange times. Anne’s current adventure is designing her handmade Badass & Beautiful shoes where her clients select the style, and together they collaborate on Anne’s signature mules, her clients crave. Anne offers weekly online video tutorials on shoe making, complemented with  pop-ups, trunk shows, bridal shows and shoe workshops. Anne’s retro inspired mules are made from a variety of up-cycled and imperfect materials that are intentionally sourced, and environmentally and socially conscious for the stylish, contemporary woman, who prescribes to less is more, and fewer is better. Anne’s business segues comfortably into this week’s theme: Fashion After The Pandemic. Are we witnessing the end of inexpensive mass produced fashions, the final hurrah for fashion photographers and fashion magazines, OR, perhaps the end of the road for the Fake Famous Influencer culture.
