Value for money used to mean something, now it means you have to read the small print (actually miniscule print) below advertisements purporting to give us: "More bang for the buck." Trouble is, in order to get that "bang", you first have to make a sizable deposit (ie purchasing a car). The best value for money, as far as I'm concerned, is anything that doesn't advertise itself, by blatantly screaming it's affordable virtues at us, until we say: "Enough already - I'll buy everything you've got!" It's the same with wine.

respected wine producing companies in Chile (and the most famous), and their Marques de Casa Concha Chardonnay has been created to reflect specific nuances of the region where it began life as a grape. This Chardonnay has a bright yellow coloring with an exotic fruit and nut perfume. An absolutely perfect example of true Chardonnay, the flavor is full of cream with a hint of acidity, and a taste that lingers in the mouth for a delightful lifetime. This wine doesn't have to shout to get your attention - it has pedigree, and magic beyond it's cork. And that's priceless!
Cheers! |
